Christine knows everyone very well and this enables her to be able to make individual recommendations to suit their needs. I have been attending Christine's Pilates and Fitness Yoga, each week for the past 5 years. Each class is different so you never feel it is boring and Christine always allows us to work at a level suitable for us so it is not forcing too much too soon. Christine also constantly monitors is and helps to adjust any moves accordingly, so we are getting the full benefit of a stretch. I would not hesitate to recommend her classes.

Christine runs very friendly Pilates/Yoga classes suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes and various abilities. She is very caring and has the ability to make each one of us feel special, like we are the only person in her class getting one-to-one tuition

Here are the many things I have appreciated since joining just over a year ago.
1) My breathing was getting bad when out walking especially in the winter. With Chris's advice and telling us when to breath in and out as we are doing the exercises, I have very few problems now.
2) I had a callous on one foot which had been there a year or two and was very painful at times, with retraining myself to walk properly, and make sure my shoes were suitable, that problem has disappeared too.​
3) Explaining why we do each exercise and what part of the body it is helping - especially getting up from the floor or sitting position as we age.​
4) Friendly atmosphere in a warm room​
5) Chris is encouraging and helpful but makes allowances - and gives alternative exercises for for individuals where necessary.​
6) Classes begin and finish on time!
