Yoga & Pilates

Yoga can be used for improving the flexibility of the body and Pilates helps to relax muscles which are tense and provide strengthening of the numerous muscles of the body.


Hypopressive exercises work to reduce pressure in the abdominal area, they are sometimes referred to as low pressure exercises and a technique known as low pressure fitness
