Yoga & Pilates
Yoga can be used for improving the flexibility of the body and Pilates helps to relax muscles which are tense and provide strengthening of the numerous muscles of the body.
'I have been attending Christine's Pilates and Fitness Yoga, each week for the past 5 years. Each class is different so you never feel it is boring and Christine always allows us to work at a level suitable for us so it is not forcing too much too soon. Christine also constantly monitors is and helps to adjust any moves accordingly, so we are getting the full benefit of a stretch. I would not hesitate to recommend her classes.'
