£30 per workshop

What is the workshop about?

​

Up to date exercises and information for women over 40 years of age, focusing on getting fitter and healthier in mind and body and in achievable, maintainable ways.

​

Please remember to wear comfortable clothing. All equipment needed is provided.

 

This workshop will be small, with a maximum of 5 people. It will be friendly and enjoyable.
