Exercise can play an important role in recovery and wellbeing after treatment. Sessions may help with:

• improving shoulder mobility and range of movement
• rebuilding strength safely
• improving posture and alignment
• reducing stiffness and fatigue
• supporting confidence in your body again

All exercises are adapted to suit your stage of recovery and any ongoing symptoms.
