Welcome to Your Wellbeing Fitness. With over two decades of experience in the fitness industry, I support people to move better, feel stronger and build confidence in a calm, welcoming environment. I’ve had the privilege of leading classes and offering personal training at trusted local facilities including Tonbridge School Centre, Angel Centre and Sevenoaks Leisure Centre. Since 2009, I’ve been running my own specialist classes, focusing on areas I’m truly passionate about — supporting people with scoliosis, guiding women through peri and post-menopause, and offering personalised breast cancer rehabilitation exercise and hypopressive techniques. My approach is gentle, thoughtful and adaptable, with an emphasis on long-term health, strength and wellbeing. My aim is to help you feel supported, capable and confident in your movement, whatever stage of life you’re at. I’d love to be part of your wellbeing journey.
